Monday, Oct. 17 through Friday, Oct. 21

Thank you for attending our virtual Graduate Diversity Admissions Fair Monday, Oct. 17 through Friday, Oct. 21. This admissions fair was developed specifically for underrepresented minority students considering graduate school, though it is open to all attendees.

At this weeklong event, we were joined by a broad selection of our graduate programs.

Are we going to watch sessions? Will there be a link?

Yes! We will be adding Zoom webinar and Zoom meeting links to each relevant session. You should download a free Zoom account if you do not already have one.

How to create a free Zoom account:

To sign up for your own free account, visit zoom.us/signup and enter your email address. You will receive an email from Zoom (no-reply@zoom.us). In this email, click Activate Account.

You can sign in to your Zoom account on the web at any time, at zoom.us/signin. Once you’re logged in, use the panel on the left side to navigate the Zoom web portal. You can update your profile, schedule a meeting, edit your settings, and more.

We are planning to provide live transcription and American Sign Language interpretation for all our plenary sessions. For other disability-related accommodations for department sessions (or plenary sessions), please email grad.diversity@berkeley.edu with as much advance notice as possible and at least 7-10 days in advance of the event.

While we have more than 50 departments participating in this fair, this is not inclusive of all of UC Berkeley’s graduate programs. If your program of interest is not listed, please join us for our daily plenary sessions, or choose to attend a closely related department session.

You can view our agenda, listed below, or on the Whova event webpage. We may be adding sessions on an ongoing basis, so check back for more details!
