3. Windows: You may choose to open the windows and blinds. Prior to departing from your reservation, ensure the windows are locked and the blinds are lowered.

4. Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are allowed. Alcohol is not permitted at the Inclusive Excellence Hub.

5. Cleanup: Please remove all decorations, and items not originally in the space. Landfill, Compost, Recycle, and Paper Bins are located throughout the Hub. Clorox wipes can be found in each of the reservable spaces. A vacuum is also available if needed.

6. Media (if applicable): The adapters and remote should be placed back on the monitor stand using the provided velcro attachments. The Owl, presentation remote, speakers, and microphone should be returned to your Hub Point of Contact.

7. Outdoor Space Accessibility: the red gate must remain open during the entire event duration.
