— Why Participate? — – Excellent opportunity to to learn about app development, work with industry professionals, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on a real-world challenge – Add a project to your resume and/or portfolio – Create an app with high visibility that has the potential to go to development – Work with iOS developers during the development process at Fung Institute-hosted build days! – Pitch to both tech & innovative leaders and win great prizes! – The winning team will win a meet & greet and consulting session with The Foundry!
— Rules / Expectations — – All participants must be current Berkeley graduate or undergraduate students. No exceptions. – All majors welcome! – Teams must be finalized by Thursday, January 25, 11:59pm. – Up to 10 students per team with one Berkeley point of contact per team – At least one team member is available to pitch at the final judging event on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 4-6pm, Banatao Auditorium, Sutardja Dai Hall – The final pitch to judges will include demonstrating a prototype
