August 16th, the last day of the 2013 summer term is the deadline to file a thesis or dissertation for students who are on summer registration (3.0 unit minimum).
Students filing during the summer will receive a Fall 2013 degree.
“Filing” encompasses:
- submitting the completed PDF electronically, and
- turning in the approval/signature page along with additional documents to the Graduate Degrees Office.
Students must be registered or on filing fee to file a dissertation.
