The Graduate Division is now accepting applications for Student Parent Grants which provide up to $11,000 per year ($5,500 per academic term) to students living with dependent children. Awards are need-based, taking into account family income and asset levels, so not all students are eligible for funding. The program is for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and AB540-eligible students only, as international student parents are eligible for a separate program. Students in self-supporting programs are not eligible. Complete eligibility information is available on the Graduate Division website. The deadline is July 1, 2019. Applications are submitted online through Tango portal.
