There are separate tracks for graduate and undergraduate participants with a few overlapping sessions. This is targeted at women-identified students to look at their leadership skills and the impact of various oppressions on their leadership styles, and to make connections among women leaders in the campus and community. Staff at the African American Student Development (AASD) Office and the Gender Equity Resource Center (GenEq) will serve as the supervisors for the program. AASD and GenEq are part of the Multicultural, Sexuality and Gender Centers (MSGC) cluster under the Division of Equity and Inclusion. The WLI Coordinator should possess those personal qualities that will aid in ensuring successful project completion.
