Workshop Objectives include: (1) reflect on your strengths and analyze the impact of your ADHD symptoms on your studies and life at Cal; (2) learn to recognize and modulate frustrations or other emotions associated that may present themselves; (3) learn organizational skills to plan, manage, prioritize, and activate tasks; (4) practice developing an individualized plan for managing and benefiting from ADHD symptoms; and (5) learn to access campus resources for support.
