You are invited to the Film Screening of “A Million Miles Away” with Astronaut and Regent José Hernández on Monday, October 23 from 6:45 - 9:30 PM at 155 Dwinelle Hall. Celebrate and share space with your community as we watch “A Million Miles Away,” a biopic of Regent Hernández’s story and the struggles he experienced to reach his dreams. Following the film, there will be a Q&A with Regent Hernández, the first migrant farmworker to make it to space and one of NASA’s few Latinx astronauts.
