¡Bienvenidos a Cal!
This session will be presented by UC Berkeley graduate student board members of the Graduate Association of Latinx Students (GALS). GALS is a student organization that seeks to address the social, political, academic, cultural, and educational issues and concerns that affect the Latinx graduate and professional community at UC Berkeley. During the session, you will learn about campus resources specific to UC Berkeley Chicanx and Latinx students, such as the Chicanx Latinx Student Development Office, the Latinx Community Center, and other key community spaces. There will also be ample guidance on how to get involved with the community from your first day on campus!
