Surviving and Thriving with ADHD

Join us and learn practical skills and strategies to succeed in your graduate studies! Workshop Objectives include: (1) reflect on your strengths and analyze the impact of your ADHD symptoms on your studies and life at Cal; (2) learn to recognize and modulate frustrations or other emotions associated that may present themselves; (3) learn organizational skills to plan, manage, prioritize, and activate tasks; (4) practice developing an individualized plan for managing and benefiting from ADHD symptoms; and (5) learn to access campus resources for support. 2023 Grad Slam

The 2023 Berkeley Grad Slam takes place Tuesday April 11, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00p.m. During the campus competition, Berkeley graduate students will showcase their research in a series of three-minute talks. You can watch the competition live on this page.  Last year Berkeley’s first-place winner, Justin Lee went on to compete against the other UC finalists at the UC-wide and won first place!
