The Hertz Foundation provides unique financial support to the nation’s most remarkable Ph.D. students in the physical, biological and engineering sciences. Hertz Fellows become innovators and leaders serving in ways that benefit us all. The merit-based annual competition for graduate fellowships awards a cost-of-education allowance and a personal-support stipend.
Eligible applicants for Hertz Fellowships must be students of the applied physical and biological sciences, mathematics, and engineering who are citizens or permanent residents of the U.S., and who are willing to morally commit to make their skills available to the U.S. in times of national emergency
The application is due October 27, 2017. For more information, visit the Hertz Foundation website.
