The fellowship targets university graduates from the USA, Brazil, China, India, and Russia who have already acquired initial leadership experience and are interested in spending a year working on research-based, self-developed projects with a host of their choice in Germany, under the patronage of the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany. Participants must have received a Bachelor’s degree within twelve years of the program start date.
