This quiet space is a great place for you to work, where students can offer one another support and encouragement surrounded by others who are single-mindedly pursuing their summer writing. Third, for students traveling this summer for research or other academic pursuits, don’t forget that UC offers travel insurance while you’re away from campus — but only if you register in advance. This insurance covers accidents and incidents, medical care and evacuation, extraction for political and weather related reasons, and more, for activities out-of-state and in other countries, at no cost to you.
