The Dr. and Mrs. James C.Y. Soong Fellowship for academic year 2020-2021 is open to graduate students from Taiwan who are enrolled full time at UC Berkeley in any field of study. Students must meet the following qualifications: Have graduated from a fully accredited, 4-year college or university in Taiwan, with a GPA of 3.7 (A-) or higher Be a citizen of the Republic of China and have lived in Taiwan consecutively for at least ten years Have demonstrated financial need in pursuit of advanced degrees Be registered at Berkeley (home campus).
