The Arts Research Center at UC Berkeley presents the ARC Fellows program, which advances interdisciplinary research in the arts at UC Berkeley by supporting six self-nominated pairs of graduate students and faculty members as they pursue semester-long collaborative projects of their own design. Both student and faculty ARC Fellows will participate in a twice-monthly lunch seminar during the Spring 2013 semester; each faculty-student pair get an opportunity to present and discuss their research,.The collaborations may involve faculty and students from the same department or from very different departments. Both student and faculty ARC Fellows will participate in a twice-monthly lunch seminar during the Spring 2013 semester. For participating in the program for the entire semester, each ARC Fellow will receive an unrestricted research grant of $1,000 (each student-faculty pair will receive a total of $2,000).
