Make a difference in campus health at Cal The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) at UC Berkeley fosters an open dialogue between students and Tang Center leaders about student health and counseling needs. Members give input on current and future services, consult on student health insurance and budget issues, and address emerging informational needs, accessibility, and ease of use. SHAC meets three times per semester on Tuesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. and the commitment is yearlong. The six meeting dates for the year are 9/25, 10/23, 11/13, 2/19, 3/19 and 4/16. Dinner is provided. UHS is especially interested in filling the International student position.
