Matrix is also pleased to announce a new joint program between UC Berkeley and Freie Universität, Berlin (FUB), a leading research university in Berlin, Germany, that will provide Erasmus+ mobility (i.e. travel) funding for collaborative research and training between the two universities. The Erasmus+ funding is awarded by the European Union and will be available for use until July 2020. All mobility projects under Erasmus+ aim to help individual learners acquire skills to support their professional development and deepen their understanding of other cultures. Any UC Berkeley graduate student (Master’s or PhD), faculty, or staff member is invited to submit proposals for the FUB Erasmus+ grant.
