The Graduate Social Club is holding its annual Bay Cruise Saturday, April 7 from 7:30 to 11p.m., aboard the San Francisco Belle, a three-level 292-foot stern-wheeler. The cruise will depart from Pier 3 in San Francisco. DJs, drinks, snacks, and fun! To buy tickets, use the special GSC Bay Cruise link. For more information, check out the GSC website. Last year’s cruise had 750 people and ran out of tickets, so the GSC recommends buying yours soon. Your $65 ticket will get one person on board, and includes unlimited drinks, light hors d’oeuvres (eat first), and two levels of DJ’s and dancing (as well as, says the GSC’s promotional copy,”the sexiest grad students on the planet”). Bring as many guests as you like, but make sure that everyone is over 21 as those who aren’t will not be allowed aboard. There will be an after-party at Bec’s in Berkeley. To quote the promo text again, “ladies, start looking for that knock-out cocktail dress, and gentlemen, keep it classy.”
