Release some end-of-semester stress at the FitWell Free 4 All event on May 6, 3:30 to 6:30 pm by taking part in a variety of free workouts available to the campus community in front of the Recreational Sports Facility. Highlights will include: Two free CrossFit Workouts each hour. CrossFit is a blend of weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometric exercises to help build a well-rounded base of strength and conditioning. Olympic Lifting Demos will demonstrate basic lifts and correct form. Free 10-minute massages will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 3:30 pm at the entry of the RSF.
