Cal Youth Camps: Sign up for Berkeley Summer Fun Published: March 11, 2020 By: Kathleen Aycock This summer, learn what makes Cal Youth Camps one of the most unique programs on campus. If you’re a graduate student with children, or a Graduate Division staff or faculty member with children, explore our award-winning camps for your family’s summer options. This season we celebrate 60 years of summer camp fun, friendship, and new experiences for children as young as four years old up to age seventeen. These inclusive camps let your camper learn and grow right on the UC Berkeley campus. Here, your camper can do anything from landing their first kickflip in a nationally recognized skateboarding camp, to exploring the solar system in the Lawrence Hall of Science planetarium. There’s something to engage for every camper, whether it’s sports, cultivating social and leadership skills, or working on STEM projects. Cal Youth Camps also offers lunch service options, morning and afternoon extended care options, and payment plans in order to be accessible to as many families as possible. Spots run out fast, so act now to ensure your camper can be a part of this summer community! Some favorite and well-loved camps include Science and Sports (S2) camp and our classic Explorer Camp. Registration for summer camps is now open. Sign up today!
