Come to the next Teaching Conference for First-Time GSIs to find out! The Teaching Conference is held at the beginning of each semester to orient graduate students to their GSI role and equip them to begin teaching. There will be workshops with experienced GSIs to guide how to lead your first day, practical strategies, and more. August 25, 2022 @ 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Grad-stravaganza Sproul Plaza Barrow Ln, Berkeley, CA Grad-stravaganza, our graduate student welcome event, is an outdoor gathering on the steps of Sproul Hall and Upper Sproul Plaza. This event is for new and continuing graduate students of all backgrounds, and areas of study to simply – have some fun. The Graduate Division will be hosting a resource fair, graduate student organizations, free food and giveaways.
