Undocumented Graduate Students Community Welcome and Orientation

This year's orientation & community welcome, we will be joined by various campus partners followed by a meet and greet with all current and incoming undocumented graduate students. This event is offered In-person in Sproul Hall #309 or via live stream. Refreshments and appetizers will be provided for those who can join us on site. Accommodations in Grad School

The Disabled Students' Program promotes an inclusive environment for students with disabilities. Students who will need or interested in learning more about academic accommodations for coursework or research should attend this session. Basic Needs Center Overview

Come learn about the Basic Needs Center! We act as a virtual and physical hub to support students in their journey to access essential services that impact health, belonging, and overall well-being. We define basic needs as an ecosystem that includes: financial stability; nutritious and sufficient food; safe, secure and adequate housing; accessible and equitable health/medical care, technology and transportation.   Register for this session.

Graduate Peer Support Providers

We will provide an overview of the Graduate Peer Support Provider (PSP) Program. PSPs meet one-on-one with graduate students at UC Berkeley to provide assistance in navigating the complex processes related to mental health, basic needs, and academia. As graduate students themselves, PSP’s provide support to their peers through understanding, experience, respect, and an equity based lens.   Register for this session.
