Managing Mental Health Across Your Career Journey

In collaboration with Licensed Psychologist and Wellness Coordinator at MCC and Bridges MRC, Dr. Elizabeth Aranda and BCE, will dive into how students can manage their mental health across their career journey, especially for first generation college students. We will explore career theory and how to navigate internal and external pressures that might show up - through interactive activities and throughout the session, students will gain valuable approaches in managing their mental health in their career engagements Registration Required.
