Wayfair: Gender Diversity in Tech Panel

This panel-style discussion will feature Wayfair employees from traditionally underrepresented gender groups (women, trans/nonbinary, agender, and non-conforming). Panelist will shed light on their experiences working on teams across the Technology organization, ways they bring their authentic selves to Wayfair, and the company’s initiatives to foster gender diversity in the workplace. We will conclude with Q&A and information on our open roles and how to apply!
