The GA aims to improve the lives of University of California, Berkeley graduate students and to foster a vibrant, inclusive graduate student community. The GA’s main thrusts are thus grad student funding/resources, well-being, and advocacy. In this talk, we’ll discuss current projects/initiatives, spaces and resources the GA provides, and the roles that you can play in shaping the graduate student experience at Berkeley. We are always looking for department Delegates, so for those interested in policy, event-planning, and advocacy work, becoming involved in the GA may be for you!
