Speaker Bio: Abraham Anderson, PhD, is a Scientific Associate Director in the Computational Biology group at Amgen, Inc. He has been the Global Biomarker Analysis Lead for various early and late-stage drug development programs in Oncology, Inflammation and Metabolic Disorders, supporting the discovery, development, and assessment of human biomarkers for pharmacodynamics, target coverage, and patient stratification. He was previously a Scientist at Diversa Corp, where he specialized in gene and functional domain prediction, and structural biology. He received his PhD from the UCSF-UC Berkeley Joint Program in Bioengineering.
