Mentoring can play a pivotal role in supporting faculty members’ success, job satisfaction, and career advancement. However, developing and maintaining successful mentoring programs can be challenging! In this 75-minute live discussion panel, we will highlight how three universities have created and sustained successful mentoring programs on their campuses. In addition to learning about these programs, we will invite each panelist to share valuable advice on how faculty, administrators, and staff can launch and lead mentoring programs at their own colleges and universities. The final portion of the program will feature a Q&A session with our audience.
