In collaboration with Licensed Psychologist and Wellness Coordinator at MCC and Bridges MRC, Dr. Elizabeth Aranda and Berkeley Career Engagement (BCE), will dive into how students can manage their mental health across their career journey. We will explore career theory and how to navigate internal and external pressures that might show up – through activities, students will gain valuable approaches in managing their mental health in their career engagements.
