In this workshop participants will learn how to create and use grading rubrics as a means to grade efficiently, give students targeted feedback on their learning, and align grading with learning outcomes articulated in assignments.
This workshop fulfills a requirement of the Teaching Certificate Program.
This pre-registration form is for currently enrolled UC Berkeley graduate students. Others are welcome to attend on a space-available basis.
If you intend for your participation in this workshop to count toward the Certificate Program, you must stay for the entire workshop.
*Please note that the elevator in Sproul Hall will be unavailable from January 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019. During that time, the Graduate Division offices (third and fourth floors), will only be accessible via the stairway. Please give as much advance notice as possible if the elevator’s inaccessibility might prevent you from participating in the workshops held on February 13 and March 13.
