As part of a generous grant from the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Student Services and Fees (CACSSF), the Cal Performances Student Ambassadors for the Arts committee (SAFTA) will give out ten pairs of tickets in a newly designated Student Section to 40 different Cal Performances during the 2014 season.

In this new section, Berkeley students will be able to sit among their peers as they take in the sights and sounds of stellar performances – including world premieres and sold-out events no longer available to the general public.

Any current UCB student with a valid ID is eligible and can enter-to-receive free tickets at Cal Performance’s website or by stopping by the SAFTA table located on Upper Sproul Plaza.

About SAFTA
UC Berkeley Student Ambassadors for the Arts (SAFTA) promotes campus arts engagement by introducing students to world-class performances. Ambassadors collaborate with Cal Performances to gain valuable marketing, design, and project management experience, and in return receive complimentary tickets to select events.
