Graduate students in all departments are invited to apply for the Multicultural Education Program (MEP) and Restorative Justice (RJ) Certificate Program this upcoming Spring!

The Graduate Student Inclusivity Training and Certificate Program is a three-day workshop (April 14, 21, and 28) offered each spring by the Multicultural Education Program and the Restorative Justice Center on implicit bias, working across differences, and self-reflection to build community for graduate students across fields. The workshop will help graduate students to promote inclusive practices in the classroom and beyond.

Upon completion of the training, students will receive curricular materials, a MEP/RJ Training Certificate of Completion, and institutional support to have these conversations and respond to incidents within their own departments. Recipients of this certificate will also be recognized by the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Graduate Division on their websites.

Complete the application by Friday, March 16, 2018, to be considered in the first round of reviews. Graduate students invited into the program will be notified by Friday, March 23.
