What do search committees look for? How is the process different at a small liberal arts college versus an R-1? Answers to these and other questions will be presented by Andrew Green, a veteran of the academic job search and numerous search committees.

This three-part series is designed to provide an overview of the Academic Job Search process from the perspective of the search committee and to help you figure out how to present your credentials, on paper, and in person in the strongest possible manner.
