To help you develop your scientific writing skills and understand the publishing processes at top journals we are launching:
Nature Masterclasses Online:
Scientific Writing and Publishing
This online training program is a 15-module web course presented by the editorial staff of Nature magazine about organizing, writing and submitting high quality journal articles. You will learn how to get the most out of the writing process, submission procedures and cover letter tips, how the manuscript selection process works at top journals , what happens to papers once they have been submitted.
Any interested users are encouraged to take advantage of this excellent resource.
To provide an overview of the program,
Tuesday, April 25, 9 – 10 am
we will be partnering with the Nature staff with an information session via webinar.
Participating to the webinar you will learn:
What is covered by the Nature Masterclasses training;
How to get started;
How to navigate and get the most of your time on the site.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the site
You will be able to attend as part of an in-person group, or remotely. Both modalities will afford the opportunity to ask questions and receive a real-time response.
