Cal State East Bay is currently looking to fill over 30 tenure-track faculty positions, from English to Philosophy and Earth Science to Engineering. CSUEB has the 5th most diverse student body in the US, and is also committed to faculty diversity. It made a similar level of faculty hires last year, and expects the same next year as well.
CSUEB Diversity Officer and UC Berkeley PhD Dianne Rush Woods, Kim Geron, Chair of the Political Science Department and other CSUEB professors will discuss the mission and culture of CSUEB, faculty and student life, and how to craft a competitive application package. You will also have the opportunity to network with the faculty and to meet members of search committees currently screening 2016-17 candidates.
Space is limited, and pre-registration via Callisto is suggested. To do so, go to https://saservices.berkeley.edu/CCApps/Callisto/CallistoLogin.aspx.
This event is supported by CSUEB. For more information contact and/or you would like to submit a CV in advance, contact:
